Acceptance of These Terms

By using this site, including the YouTube to MP3 converter on the home page and the MP4 page, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

These terms apply to every visitor, whether you use the tool once or every day.

What the Service Does

You paste a YouTube link and tap the button. The tool looks up the video live and shows its title, length and the available formats.

When you tap a quality, the file opens in a new browser tab straight from YouTube's video servers. You then save it from your browser. We don't host, store or keep copies of any video or audio file.

• Video as MP4 from 144p up to 1080p, with sound
• Works with normal watch links, youtu.be, Shorts, mobile and YouTube Music links
• Free, with no sign-up and nothing to install

Personal, Non-Commercial Use

The service is for personal use only. You may use it to save files for yourself, for example to listen offline or keep a copy of your own upload.

You may not use the site, or files saved through it, as part of a business, a paid product or any commercial project unless you hold the rights to do so.

Copyright and Your Responsibility

You are responsible for what you save. Only download content you are allowed to keep. Using the tool does not give you any rights to a video or song.

You must also follow YouTube's own terms of service. If YouTube's terms or the law where you live don't allow a download, don't make it.

• Videos you created and uploaded yourself
• Content in the public domain
• Content under a licence that allows downloading, such as some Creative Commons licences
• Content the copyright owner has given you permission to save

Things You Must Not Do

Use the site fairly. If you break these rules, we may block your access without notice.

• Send automated or mass requests, run scripts or bots against the tool, or scrape the site
• Try to overload, attack, disrupt or bypass the site's security
• Use the service for anything illegal, including copyright infringement
• Resell, rent out or charge others for access to the service or to files saved through it
• Copy the site, frame it or present it as your own product

No Affiliation with YouTube or Google

Free YouTube to MP3 Converter is an independent site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC, and we use the name only to describe what the tool works with.

Third-Party Content

The videos, music, titles and thumbnails you see through the tool belong to their creators and rights holders, not to us. We don't check, approve or control that content and aren't responsible for it.

The site also relies on outside services, including YouTube's servers for the files, Cloudflare for hosting and security, and Google Analytics for anonymous visit statistics. Their own terms and policies apply to them.

Our Own Content and Design

The text, layout, design and code of this site belong to us. You may link to the site, but you may not copy its content or design for another site or product without our permission.

No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it running well, but we can't promise it will always work, be error-free or be available at any given moment.

Some videos simply won't work. That is outside our control.

• Private, members-only or age-restricted videos
• Removed videos or videos blocked in your region
• Live streams that are still running
• In a playlist link, only the single video in the link is processed

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using or not being able to use the site. That includes lost data, problems with your device and any claim related to files you chose to download.

You use the service at your own risk and accept responsibility for how you use the files you save.

Changes and Availability of the Service

We may change, pause or stop any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. That can include adding or removing formats or qualities, or taking the site offline for maintenance.

Changes on YouTube's side can also affect how the tool works, sometimes without warning.

Copyright Complaints

We don't store any files, but if you are a rights holder and believe the site is being used to infringe your work, tell us through the Contact page. We take these reports seriously and act quickly.

• The work you own and the YouTube link or links involved
• A short explanation of the problem
• A statement that the information you give is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, and it takes effect as soon as it is posted. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.
